28% of employees anticipate revenge-quitting in 2025, with 4% planning to do so themselves. Low salary, feeling undervalued, and lack of career growth are top frustrations.

Employees want a four-day workweek, performance-based bonuses, and more paid time off to stay in their roles. The report surveyed full-time employees across industries.
