Researchers at Arbinger Institute and Ascend2 surveyed 440 professionals from Australia, Canada, UK, and US. Challenges for improving company culture include consistency, adapting to workforce changes, employee adoption, and tracking performance metrics.

Executives say tracking performance metrics and developing shared company values are the biggest challenges. 83% agree that short-term goals hinder long-term strategies for improving company culture.

About the research: The report, based on data from the survey, was conducted in March 2024 among 440 professionals from Australia, Canada, UK, and US who work for companies with 500-10,000 employees.
