
The State of 'Revenge Quitting' in 2025
More than a quarter of full-time employees expect there will be "revenge-quitting"—resignations because of workplace frustrations—at their companies this year, according to recent research.
According to a recent survey from Lytho, almost three-quarters (74%) of in-house brand and creative teams have been restructured or are currently in the process of doing so. The survey of 123 US-based in-house creatives and marketers revealed that 51% had restructured within the last year, and 23% were currently restructuring. The top reasons for restructuring were to improve internal collaboration, create a more sustainable workload, and improve the customer experience.
The biggest benefit of restructuring teams, according to the survey, was the ability to get work to clients/stakeholders faster (37% of respondents). Other positive results included improved collaboration and customer experience, as well as a more sustainable workload.
The survey was conducted in 3Q22 and the report was released by Lytho. It provides insight into US-based in-house creative and marketing teams, offering an understanding of the reasons and benefits of restructuring.
