Businesses' Martech Plans for the Next 12 Months

According to recent research from Acxiom, 99% of businesses plan to make changes to their martech stack in the next 12 months.

The report, based on a survey of 200 decision-makers, found that 35% plan to replace existing tools, 29% are seeking new tools, and 17% are looking to consolidate their stack.

Respondents cite supporting new channels, improving performance, and enhancing customer experience as top motivations for martech stack changes.
