A survey of 319 marketing decision-makers found that 45% struggle with targeting segmented audiences, while 38% face challenges with real-time decision-making and 32% with maintaining good-quality data.
Data-driven strategies are most useful for email marketing, customer experience/journey mapping, and paid advertising, and 46% of marketing leaders are already using AI in their efforts to improve personalization, customer service, and forecast accuracy.
