Recent research from Wpromote and Ascend2 shows that marketing agencies are more confident in their work than their brand clients are satisfied with it.
The report, based on surveys of professionals in the industry, reveals that agencies express confidence in areas such as service delivery and pitching, while brand respondents express satisfaction in those areas at lower rates.
Brand respondents cite challenges such as speed of delivery and budget overruns when working with agencies, but value creativity and return on investment from their partners.
