Work Trends for 2024: Talent Shortages and AI Upskilling

According to the 2024 Work Trend Index Annual Report, businesses are struggling to fill job roles and workers are adding AI skills to their LinkedIn profiles.

The study surveyed 33,800 knowledge workers and leaders in 31 markets and found a significant number of business leaders are concerned about a lack of talent, including 60% of creative design leaders.

A large number of creative professionals have been adding AI skills to their LinkedIn profiles, including content writers, graphic designers, and marketing managers.
