According to recent research from RSW/US, most marketing agencies expect business to be better in 2024 compared to 2023.

The report, based on a survey of 155 professionals in the US and Canada, shows that 56% of respondents expect some improvement in business this year.

70% of respondents do not expect clients to change the amount of agency work handled in-house, and AI-powered personalization is predicted to be the most impactful trend in 2024.
