B2B Multichannel Marketing: Top Channels, Trends, and Challenges

Recent research indicates that B2B marketers say email is the channel with the greatest impact on their multichannel strategy. Half of respondents cited email, and a third cited social media.

Having a cohesive multichannel marketing strategy is important to B2B marketers and 57% have automated it to some extent. The top challenges cited are creating an effective strategy, budget/resources, and data quality.

The research was based on a survey conducted in April 2023 among 101 B2B marketers. It provides insight into the current state of multichannel strategies for B2B marketers.
