Small business owners who are using AI and automation for marketing say they are benefiting from improved efficiency and growth. According to research from Constant Contact and Ascend2, respondents say that the top benefits are saving time, faster growth, getting to know customers better, and making fewer errors.
26% of small business owners are currently using AI or automation technologies and 44% are interested in starting. If AI or automation could save at least an hour a week, they would use that time to business plan, develop marketing strategies, or improve products/services.
Security and cost are the main concerns for small business owners when using AI or automation technologies.
