Most B2B marketers feel positive about artificial intelligence, with 34% feeling hopeful, 26% excited, and 16% apprehensive. 79% expect to incorporate more AI into their strategy and tech stack in the coming year.

B2B marketers would consider investing in AI across a range of areas over the next two years, such as personalizing the customer experience, generating content, and automating customer interactions.

Those with an "excellent" customer experience are more likely to consider investing in AI for ad creative, programmatic advertising, and performance measurement.
