According to recent research from Chief Outsiders, CMOs have identified artificial intelligence technologies such as ChatGPT to be most valuable in content creation and management, market research, and digital marketing.
In 2023, CMOs have been tasked with setting the growth agenda and increasing lead generation. They anticipate inflation and talent/labor issues to be the top impediments to growth.
The survey was conducted in 2023 among 80 CMOs with Fortune 500 experience. The findings of the report have revealed a shift in the priorities and challenges of the CMO role.
