According to recent research from RSW/US, many marketing agencies are finding it harder to obtain new business this year compared to last year. The survey was conducted in 2022 among 150 people who work at marketing agencies in the US and Canada, with 43% saying it was harder or much harder than 2021.
The report also showed that the number of new business opportunities for their agency had increased in 2022 for 31% of respondents, compared to 51% who said the same for 2021. Among those who said it was harder, the top reasons were that it had become harder to break through and that there were fewer opportunities.
The research was conducted through a survey in 2022 among 150 people who work at marketing agencies in the US and Canada. It provides insight into how difficult it is for marketing agencies to obtain new business.
