2025 Salary Guide: Pay Forecasts for Marketing, Content, and PR Positions
The median starting salary for a corporate chief marketing officer in the United States is expected to be $200,250 this year, according to recent research.
According to a survey conducted by Jiminny, nearly half of B2B salespeople say their jobs have become more difficult since the start of the pandemic. Of those surveyed, 30% said it has become harder and 18% said much harder, while 34% reported that the difficulty has stayed the same.
Common themes reported by those who said the role of sales had become harder include difficulties with communication and building trust through virtual meetings. On the other hand, those who said their jobs had become easier cited the use of more advanced tools and a stronger focus on customer satisfaction.
The survey also revealed that the top challenges B2B salespeople face are staying motivated, getting responses from prospects/customers, being happy, and building relationships with their teams.
