LinkedIn Data on Marketing Jobs: 'The Great Reshuffle' Is Real

According to recent research from LinkedIn, the number of marketers on the professional social network who changed jobs jumped by 31% in 2021. This ‘Great Reshuffle’ trend was driven by dissatisfaction, with employee happiness declining by 3.5% globally between October 2020 and October 2021.

LinkedIn’s report showed that the number of marketing jobs listed on their platform increased by 374%. Professinals are prioritizing work-life balance when picking a new job, making it the top priority.

The research was based on internal data as well as research conducted with third-party partners. This ‘Great Reshuffle’ trend is likely to continue as people seek out new opportunities.
