B2B marketers are facing difficulties when it comes to executing lead generation strategies. According to a survey from Wpromote and Ascend2, 45% of B2B marketers say creating engaging/targeted content is a challenge and 43% say collecting quality data is difficult.
The research also found that 60% of B2B marketers experience wasted time/resources due to lead generation challenges, while 59% miss out on revenue opportunities. Salespeople also report frustrations with insufficient data and poor lead quality.
The survey was conducted in May 2021 among 258 B2B marketing professionals in the United States. The findings of this research can help marketers better understand the challenges they face in lead generation.
