According to recent research from ringDNA, 45% of salespeople have had less or no coaching since moving to remote work. The report was based on a survey of over 2000 sales professionals, with 23% of sales reps saying they had less coaching, 16% saying they had much less, and 7% saying they had no coaching at all.

Half of respondents said that sales managers are responsible for sales coaching, and the most common way for reps to receive coaching is through 1-on-1 meetings. Scheduled sales coaching sessions happen only some of the time, and do not happen often.

The research was based on a survey of over 2000 sales professionals from sales reps to managers and executives. This data shows the effects of remote work on sales coaching, and the need for companies to provide more coaching to their sales teams.
