TikTok has become Gen Z's favorite social platform for getting product information as well as for consuming news, according to recent research from Sprout Social.
Recent research from Best SEO Companies found that popular YouTube videos tend to have thumbnails which are colorful, feature human faces, and contain text.
The report was based on analysis of 740 of the most popular YouTube videos of 2020, with 72% featuring a human face and 88% being colorful. Additionally, 70% of thumbnails contained a title or text.
The study also showed that thumbnails for news related videos tended to feature negative emotions, while those for home and living videos tended to show sadness. This report was based on analysis of the 740 most popular YouTube videos to date in 2020.
