
B2B Marketing Automation in 2025: Budget, Goal, and Focus Area Trends
Most B2B marketers say they plan to moderately increase their spend on marketing automation in 2025, according to recent research.
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a surge in demand for telemedicine software, electronic signature tools, and Web conferencing platforms. TrustRadius' report, based on an analysis of search data, found that telemedicine had the biggest increase in interest at 613%. Other categories with large increases in search impressions include electronic signature (+511%), Web conferencing (+500%), and mobile app development (+366%).
The report also identified the most popular products over the study period. Intermedia AnyMeeting (Web conferencing) had the highest search impressions, followed by Google Classroom (learning management system), Blackboard Collaborate (Web conferencing), Zoom (Web conferencing), and Webex Events ( webinar).
Although some categories have started to decline, search impressions still continue to grow in other areas such as mobile app development, antivirus, and webinar. The TrustRadius platform has more than 232,000 verified reviews of B2B technology products across a wide range of categories.
