The importance of a clear and effective brand is essential for a company to stand out from competitors and create strong connections with customers. In 2022, many companies are attempting to build their brand, however they are not nurturing it properly. Nurturing a brand requires distinct voice and alignment with audience's wants and needs.

Brand health should be measured regularly, depending on the size of the company. Asking targeted questions and conducting research can help determine the brand's health. These questions should include the brand's reason for being, target audience, internal and external views, differentiation from competitors, and consistent communications and assets.

If there are a few issues, it is time to do a brand deep-dive. Nurturing the brand is worth the effort and there are resources available to help.
